Warren, Hello, ol housemate! I stumbled on this website somehow and wanted to say hi. I honestly can't remember the last time we talked. The 80's for sure. I went on the road with the Platters and ended up in Georgia. Denton was a long time ago. Glad to see you are doing well and still playing. Dave Clark

Hi Warren. Ray Brooks the trumpet player from Knoxville sent me your contact info. I know we went to NTSU at the same time. Did we ever play in the same bands? I'm a sax player -the highest band I made was the 3:00 but I wrote charts that were played by almost all the bands, including "Tenor Madness" which the 1:00 played because it featured the likes of Tim Ries and Chip McNeil. I'm based in Toronto, Canada (I'm Canadian) but right now I'm in Las Vegas playing sax and keys for "O" with Cirque du Soleil at the Bellagio. What a great experience! Anyway, let's keep in touch! I have a website for my live music agency www.lamchops.com and another for my "Artist" endeavours: www.paullamoureux.com. New "Smooth Jazz" album coming out before Christmas. Blessings on you and your wife! I'm on the "second time around" myself and still looking for true love... Paul Lamoureux

HAT'S OFF TO YOUR WEBSITES - I LOVE THEM. Wishing you and Maryann lots of success. I'm a friend of your wife. I'll put you in contact with my friend Roy Wilson, who would love to meet you. He is also a musician like you - a drummer and jazz composer. He lives in the area.

Warren, We just had the lab band reunion this weekend in Denton. Many people asked about you and I couldn't help wondering how your doing. So, I googled your name and came up with this. It looks like your doing very well and very happy for you and your wife. You have my email address, so drop me a line. I'd love to hear from you. Steve

I enjoyed reading your bio Warren. How little we know about one another when we have merely conversed by phone in the past concerning business. One of my instructors also attended North Texas State and directed the #1 band of which you were a subsequent member. His name is Rick Davidson and, while almost of retirement age, he speaks highly of the program at that institution.

Hi Warren: I found your site when a did a search for "Over the Waves and all that Jazz" - Your site was the only hit on google. I played lead alto on the album. That's been about 20 years ago. I live in Memphis, TN. I went back to school after ships and I have a day gig at Federal Express as a computer programmer. I still play sax in Memphis - I've got a show this weekend with Johnny Mathis here in Memphis. I like the looks of FreeHand. I'm a real computer geek! See Ya' John Lux
